Fleetia – Transport Platform

The challenge

Fleetia was built for small and medium-sized courier and delivery companies that need a simple way to manage their entire transport workflow.

A haulier has to keep track of customers, transport orders, dispatchers and drivers at the same time – and keep sight of everything from the moment an order arrives to the moment delivery is signed for. In practice this is often handled with a mix of phone calls, spreadsheets and separate systems that do not talk to each other.

The solution

Fleetia is a single transport platform covering the whole delivery workflow, from the customer’s order to completed delivery.

Customers can place transport orders, get pricing and follow their deliveries. Dispatchers manage customers and orders, plan transports and assign work to drivers. Drivers use a mobile app to receive assignments, navigate between destinations and report pickups and deliveries.
